Our mountain hideaway is nestled in a blanket of pine trees at the edge of the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness, providing a civilized approach to the wilderness experience.
The exquisite lodge was constructed in 1991 with massive logs harvested near Yellowstone Park after the forest fires of 1988.
As evening settles, guests gather for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in the cozy comfort of the living room with their host. A portrait of Roland's grandfather dressed in full Cossack uniform hangs above the stone fireplace surveying the evening activities. A small blaze takes the chill off cool mountain nights. |
