A private cottage located on a small quiet lake. The lake is Clear Lake which is located 12 miles east of Hayward. Clear Lake is considered part of the Tiger Cat chain of lakes although it is not physically connected to them.
The cottage sits on 200 feet of level shoreline with a clear view of the lake. The lake is only 30 feet from the front doors. And the front yard is level to the lake and dock.
Relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the lake. There is a no wake ordinance on the lake except between 11 am and 3 pm. So you are assured of quiet mornings and evenings. Many of the boats on the lake are powered only by electric motors. In fact, the lake is frequently undisturbed all day except for the calls of the nesting loons. |
