Sea Gull Inn is a ten guest room inn (the owner currently occupies one of the guest rooms) has some ocean views, beautiful gardens in both the front and back yards, and superior location in the center of the historic village within easy walking distance of art galleries, restaurants, and boutique shops. The inn features low to moderate rates and has maintained a steady income and occupancy at about 60% during the slow economic period of the past few years.
