For most, it's not local competition you have to worry about. Instead,
it's the entire nation! Remember that your customers, both old and new,
have many different options to choose from. Where will they choose to spend
their hard earned money and well deserved vacation time? The questions you
need to answer as a property owner are how you can capture that customer's
loyalty when they stay at your property and how to get them to come back year after
year.
A helpful tip in answering these questions is to think about how you
like to be treated upon arrival and during your entire stay at your favorite vacation
spot. The answer should be helpful, warm, polite and courteous service. So
go that extra mile to make every visit a pleasant one for your customers. Chances
are they will return and maybe even bring friends or family the next time around.
