Advertising Your Property

Property owners will no doubt tell you that some of the best advertisement is nothing more than keeping your current customers happy.  By doing this, these customers will not only return to your establishment, but will also share their experience with friends, family, and co-workers.  Word of mouth is the best known form of advertisement.  Better yet, it's free!

Word of mouth can be your best friend or your worst nightmare.  That's why you need to develop that special atmosphere and form relationships with your customers so they fully enjoy their stay with you.  Unfortunately, some people won't return to your establishment for whatever unknown reason.  Maybe there is a sickness or death in the family, they've become too old to travel, or have just relocated too far from you.  In any instance, you must always be aggressive in trying to generate new business to replace these customers and build upon your current clientele.

Advertising your new property can be confusing at times.  For most of the resorts, lodges and B&B's, local advertising seems to be a waste of time and money, since most of your business comes from hundreds of miles away!  Unless of course you have an Inn or motel/hotel.  Chamber advertising is always a good form of advertisement.  Some will attend trade shows and set up booths.

If you want great exposure at affordable cost, look no further than Resort Bay.   We offer so much for so little!  You will be hard pressed to find another site as informative with so many options for the advertisers.  Tour the site yourself and learn what Resort Bay is all about!
