The Residence Bed and Breakfast is located on historic Rivermont Avenue in Lynchburg, Virginia. It was built in 1915 as the residence for the president of Randolph-Macon Woman's College. During those years many well-known writers, artists, statesmen and celebrities, were entertained here, including Elizabeth Taylor, President Gerald Ford, Georgia O'Keeffe, Roger Mudd and Pearl S. Buck.
