Trebor Mansion Inn - Guilford |
207-876-4070 |
On a hill dominating a little mill town in the heart of the Highland/Lakes Region of central Maine sits an architectural treasure known as the Trebor Mansion Inn. Built in 1830 and once owned by a United States Senator, the Trebor Mansion's origins are shrouded in mystery. Although it was widely held by the locals to be "haunted", the Trebor Mansion was reborn as an Inn on February 6th, 1978. The original woodwork and stained glass windows were preserved, and it is still crowned by its original slate roof. Today the Mansion's elegant guest rooms welcome travelers from all over the world.
Come and join old friends and new at Trebor Mansion Inn and step back in time, to a simpler era away from the hustle and bustle of our urban age. |
